No Shamrocks, Tea Tree Shampoo & Zodiac
So, alas, after going to numerous McDonald’s, me and Josh have given up on the elusive Shamrock Shake. However, if you wish to make one on your own, you just need about 4 or 5 drops of mint extract, green food coloring, a regular Vanilla Shake from McDonald’s and good blender. Bleh… too much work… instead, I’ve opted to just go with the Mint Chocolate Shake at Carl’s Jr. as an alternative… SO EAT THAT RONALD MCDONALD! Not that he exists or would read this even if he did… but IF he did exist, I would seriously need to send some disgruntled Irish men to go break his knee caps because apparently (whether its an urban legend or not), the Shamrock Shake is offered year-round in Ireland. I’m just not sure if that’s racist or facist or whater-ist… it seems awfully wrong and stereotypical… I bet they also have McCornned Beef if that’s the case. What about McHaggis? Oh well…
Anyway, in keeping with the St. Patrick’s theme, I will next be telling about this wonderful green product known as Tea Tree Special Care Shampoo. It smells minty, and it makes your scalp feel like it’s on ice. You know the feeling you get when you take a deep breath after eating a cough drop, its that feeling except all over your head. Normally I’m too cheap to pay for shampoos with my haircuts or to buy the pricey shampoos they use at hair salons, but since it was on sale this weekend, I admit I bought myself a bottle and have been indulging myself. So sad that food and hair products seem to be the only things I can talk about concerning my weekend…
Well, I did see Zodiac on Saturday and that movie totally freaked me out all weekend. I’d recommend it as it was an enjoyable flick especially if you like scaring yourself.

Strange. I just saw the Shamrock Shake at my local McD today. MA is pretty far from LA though.
