Today we had a costume party at work today… I didn’t want to but my co-workers made me dress up… we won best costume (I’m guessing because we were a sort of ensemble)… we won $100… we’re going to lunch on Friday…

So 3 Wiiks from today I may very possibly be sitting outside of a Best Buy in Boston (in very cold weaher I’m not used to), just waiting for it to open so that I may get a Nintendo Wii during my stay. Don’t I already have a Wii pre-ordered with GameStop? Well, yes I do and simultaneous to my time on the East due to the time zone difference, when Best Buy finally opens, my friend Allen will probably only be just barely waking up to go play ultimate frisbee with his friends. What will I do with 2 Wii’s? Love them both as how can I love one child more than the other? Ok, no, I’ll sell one on ebay. Since I will have a whole week to kill in Boston, i can think of no better way than to play Twilight Princess (the upcoming Zelda game) and show my nephews the sick loyal dedication I have to Nintendo that I hope for them to share one day (don’t tell their parents though). ^_^

In preparation for launch day, I have of course been keeping up via IGN’s website and their Podcast. This last weekeend’s podcast featured a lot about the upcoming Wii release and Ubisoft’s launch game contributions. During the cast though, they mentioned Beyond Good and Evil a few times as one awesome game that just did not meet very good sales. I myself own a copy of this game but actually never got into it due to my work schedule and general business. Well, I’ve noticed that I seem to have more time on weekends than before, and since I don’t have cable in my room, I don’t watch as much TV. The past few days I was playing We <3 Katamari again and now I’ll be trying to pass BG&E before I head off to Boston. It’s good to have goals in life.

Finally, Tuesday is Halloween and for like the first time in a gazillion years, I will be dressing up… sorta. My co-workers have pressured me into shoing holiday and team spirit (similar to the Talk Like a Pirate thing) and so the three of us will be dressed as “deadly doctors”. I think it sounds totally stupid and the costomes look really retarded but it’s only for work and I gave my co-worker a budget of $20 for my costume since I simply do not care that much for dressing up. Look for a post following Halloween I guess. Hopefully this won’t end up on some website such as “BeADeadlyDoctor.com”. I’m off to work now…

Tonight I watched Nacho Libre for the second time at Eddie and Kim’s place. It’s even stupider than I remember but having actually seen Napoleon Dynamite now, I can see some similarities in terms of pace, humor, and directing. Yippie. I’ve also decided that even if nothing happens in a day, I really need to try to update more regularly. That way, people will know if I have died or perhaps gotten into a horrible accident by my lack of updates and send a rescure squad to find me. Perhaps one day I will pretend to dissappear in hopes that those who come to look for me will bring food. :) I <3 food… I could so go for a piece of KFC right now… but I mustn’t… it’s almost time for bed…
